Dr. Pardee will discuss how his research team is fast tracking the development of PCR-free SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic sensors for local and sustained capacity. The Pardee Lab was recently awarded $1 million by the federal government to pursue the “lab-in-a-box” technology as part of a larger $275-million investment in research related to the global outbreak of COVID-19.
