As Preceptor Education and Engagement Coordinator, Debbie is the lead for curriculum design and delivery of faculty development initiatives for preceptors and sites involved in experiential education.
Debbie practices at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, University Health Network. Her clinical areas of interest include primary care, geriatrics and rehabilitation. She co-created and previously co-coordinated Canada’s first Primary Care Residency at the Toronto Western Family Health Team.

TLC (Teaching for Learning and Collaboration) Program for health care professionals
The TLC Program is a seven-module teaching skills program for multi-professional clinicians in health care. Due to the popularity of TLC, the Centre has developed a workshop to train past TLC participants to teach the program – a capacity building approach.
