Jon Hunchuck (BScPhm 0T4, PharmD 1T0) is an adjunct lecturer and course coordinator for PHM350 - Pharmacotherapy in Ambulatory Care as well as serving as the interim Academic Co-Director of the International Pharmacy Graduate Program. His clinical practice is in primary care with the St. Michael's Hospital Academic Family Health Team where he is also appointed in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. He is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) and Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM).
