Pharmacist FT (Mississauga) - Rêve Pharma

Job Requirements

• Complete the final technical check of sterile/non-sterile compounded preparations
• Maintain understanding and practice of NAPRA sterile and non-sterile standards, OCP regulations, and USP 797
• A/QPIC responsibilities
• Maintain records and documentation
• Preform calculations as per batch records
• Weight verifications
• Preform vial reconciliation for all batches
• Ensure proper storage requirements of products are being met
• Preform initial check of batch records and materials before compounding
• Ensure batches are released in a timely manner
• Assist in training of staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment
• Strong knowledge of compounding procedures, techniques, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Reliable Shifts: Rêve Pharma is open Monday to Friday, however we ask that candidates have some weekend flexibility if required by the business.
