The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto is pleased to announce new admission scholarships for the Doctor of Pharmacy Program (PharmD). The Dean’s Admission Scholarships will be awarded to the top ten applicants and will provide selected students with $10,000 per academic year over the course of the four-year program.
“The PharmD program at U of T provides the foundation for Canada’s next generation of Pharmacists to build dynamic and rewarding careers that better support health outcomes for all Canadians,” says Christine Allen, Interim Dean and Professor, Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. “We are keen to attract and develop the Pharmacy leaders of tomorrow and are thrilled to offer this prestigious award to top students entering the PharmD program.”
The incoming class of September 2019 will be the first group of students eligible to receive the Dean’s Admission Scholarships. Students will be required to maintain high academic standing throughout their studies.
Applications for a September 2019 start in the PharmD program will close January 23, 2019.
Additional awards and bursaries are available to students throughout the four year PharmD program.
