Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that all research staff in their Laboratories and Research Groups have basic safety training in the topics listed below.

- Research Associates

- Laboratory Technicians
- Research Coordinators
- Summer Undergraduate Students
- Individual Undergraduate Sstudents and Volunteers
- Visiting Scholars and Scientists
The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy Basic Safety Training courses are required for all incoming research staff including anyone who has received Basic Training at another University of Toronto or University Health Network facility.
Basic Training for Biomolecular Sciences Laboratory staff:

– Cryogenics Awareness
– BioSafety Awareness
