The Graduate Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers teaching assistantship opportunities to qualified graduate students. Students must be officially registered in a degree program at the University of Toronto. Typical responsibilities of TAs include supervising undergraduate students in laboratories, assembling and posting course materials, conducting tutorial sessions, responding to student inquiries and marking problem sets, terms tests and exams. These positions may  be tentative, pending final course determinations and enrolments.  After your initial appointment(s), you may apply for subsequent appointment(s) in the following year.

The terms and conditions of the employment are defined in the Collective Agreement between the Canadian Union Public Employees (CUPE  Local 3902, Unit 1) and the Governing Council of the University of Toronto.
