New Leadership in Pharmaceutical Sciences Alumni Award launches this year
Nominations are now open for the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy Alumni Awards program to honour exceptional alumni for their outstanding accomplishments in pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical sciences.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to recognize and celebrate our graduates who are having an incredible impact in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences,” said Lisa Dolovich, Dean and Professor of the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. “The opportunity to formally acknowledge their impact will be a source of inspiration and pride for our community and beyond.”
Ranging from emerging leadership to lifetime achievement, the eight awards highlight achievements and contributions of recent and long-standing alumni. New in 2021 is the Leadership in Pharmaceutical Sciences Award that will recognize one alumnus’ leadership within the Faculty and their contribution to advancing health and/or science. Recipients of the awards will be chosen annually by a selection committee made up of twelve volunteer members.
“We are proud of the contributions that our alumni make in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences around the world. The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy Alumni Awards allow us to recognize and share our alumni’s exceptional stories,” said Susan Drodge, Director of Advancement at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. “I encourage you to nominate a deserving alumnus today!”
