How to submit the Academic Subject Requirements form using the Supplemental Applicant website
After submitting the OUAC application, you will complete the Academic Subject Requirements form which will be available on the supplemental application. You will enter the courses you intend to use towards each of the biology, chemistry, math and social science/humanities requirement and the grade you have received. If the course will be completed in the Winter 2026 term, please enter "IPR" in the grade section.
Note: We do not look at individual course grades for the subject requirements. We only look at whether you have completed and passed the course. Therefore, we recommend you list introductory level courses towards the subject requirements. There is no advantage in listing upper level courses or courses in which you received a higher grade.
