The CPE is committed to developing a home for educational scholarship at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. Educational scholarship encompasses both research excellence and innovation in health professions education. It may include scholarship activities related to:
- teaching (i.e. tools, conceptual frameworks, programs, and courses);
- application (i.e. applying research to connect it to practice);
- integration (i.e. knowledge and practice that are applied between disciplines, time, and modalities); and
- discovery (i.e. creating and developing new knowledge).
The CPE aims to connect external practice, research and education with our internal environment to facilitate uptake of best practices to enhance teaching and learning.
