The Certificate in Management, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship (MLE) is a program developed through the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy and Centre for Practice Excellence that is available to PharmD students. This course provides students with an intensive one-week immersive experience that is designed to cultivate knowledge, skills, and confidence for pharmacy practice management, leadership, and entrepreneurial roles.
This course offers students the opportunity to learn alongside pharmacy professionals, past and current Leaders-in-Residence, and their PharmD colleagues. It is intended to spark professional development and purposeful networking opportunities that will enable students to explore their career potential – both during and after the PharmD program.
