PharmD Application Process and Timelines
Applicants must ensure that they submit sections 1 to 5 of the online PharmD application by 11:59 p.m. (EST) January 6, 2025 for admission in September 2025.
Supporting documents (e.g. official transcripts) and test scores (e.g. English facility test scores and Casper Test score) may be submitted after the application deadline.
Please note that the online PharmD application and the registration procedure for the Casper Test are separate processes, with different deadlines and fees that must be completed independently of one another. Note that the last valid Casper Test date is January 9, 2025.
Application Timelines
The following table outlines the application process for admission into the PharmD program at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy for August 2025:

Online Application
Applications open by late-September of each year. You must complete sections 1-5 of the application (including the application fee) by Monday, January 6, 2025 (at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time) to be considered for admission to start in 2025. Supporting documents and required scores (e.g. transcripts, Casper scores, and English facility test scores where required) may be submitted after the application deadline by the relevant deadlines.
There is a $250.00 application fee, for applications submitted by the ‘early bird’ deadline of December 2, 2024. After December 2, 2024, and up to the final deadline of January 6, 2025, the application fee is $300. Please note that application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

After completing the online application, the following information must be submitted by the relevant deadlines:
Applicants may be asked to submit other documentation including course outlines on a case-by-case basis as applications are reviewed. Items such as reference letters, personal profiles, etc. are not required and should not be submitted.
Applicants must also acknowledge they have read the Essential Skills and Abilities Required for the Study of Pharmacy document.
