Student awards play a vital role in the life of our Faculty and support many throughout the four year Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program. Awards recognize outstanding student achievements and provide valuable financial assistance. Awards can be merit-based recognizing a range of achievements including academic excellence, extracurricular involvement, leadership, and commitment to the profession of pharmacy, or they can be based solely on financial need.

In 2023, Ahamed received the Sharon Wells Memorial Award, TD Bank - FCCP Education New Horizon Scholarship, Ontario Pharmacists Association Award, and Kenny Tan Award. “Their support is critical to ensuring we are able to attend the top pharmacy Faculty in Canada regardless of our financial circumstances.”
